Reservation Enquiry and Update tab
You can enquire on the status of your reservations and update your reservation records from the Reservation Enquiry and Update page. From this same page, you can search for a customer's credit card information (using the credit card number) and a reservation's additional driver records. A reservation may have an additional driver or drivers (other than the one who made the reservation) attached to it.

Enquire on the status of a reservation
1. Open the Reservations menu.
2. Click on the Reservation Enquiry and Update menu icon.
3. On the Reservation Enquiry and Update page (see Fig. 1):
A. You may filter the reservations by location and a pickup date range.
B. Select one of the following options to locate the reservation.
C. Enter the details needed, depending on what option you chose under search.
D. Select the date range to apply to the enquiry.
E. Click "View" to see the reservations.

4. Click the highlighted reservation number to display the booking details page (see Fig. 2), which contains more information about the reservation.

The booking details page
From the booking details page you can:
- View/ print a number of documents related to the reservation (summary, agreement etc.)
- Email reservation documents to the customer (receipt, invoice etc.)
- Run other features (manage additional drivers, send SMS etc.)

NOTE: The printing and other options available on the booking details page are the same as the various options on the Document Printing Options page. For more information on the operations you can perform on the booking details page, see the Document Printing Options page.

Edit a reservation
1. From the Reservation Enquiry and Update page, search for the reservation you want to update (see Enquire on the status of a reservation).
2. Click the "Update" button for the reservation you want to update (see Fig. 3), this displays the Update Reservation page.

Add a note to a reservation
You may also add a note to a reservation from the Reservation Enquiry and Update page.
1. From the Reservation Enquiry and Update page search for the reservation you want to add a note to (see Enquire on the status of a reservation).
2. Click "Add" to add a note to the reservation (see Fig. 4). If there's already an existing note attached to the reservation, the button will say 'View' instead of 'Add.'

Change the customer record for a reservation
From the Reservation Enquiry and Update page you can change the customer linked to the reservation. This will replace the customer record for the reservation with the new customer's record. The change customer functionality should only be used if the reservation is being transferred to a different person. If you want to update the existing customer's details you can do so from the Update Reservation page (see Edit a Reservation). Updating the existing customer's details will update the customer record and remain linked to the reservation.
1. From the Reservation Enquiry and Update page, search for the reservation you want to change the customer record to (see Enquire on the status of a reservation).
2. Click the "Customer" button to change the customer record for the reservation (see Fig. 5). This displays the Change Reservation Customer page in a separate browser window.

3. Enter the customer's last name (see Fig. 6), then click "Submit" to display a list of your existing customers. If the customer has a record in the system you may select that record and save the customer record change to the reservation. Otherwise, add a new customer record (see New Customer).

Change the vehicle for a reservation
The vehicle linked to a reservation can be changed from the Reservation Enquiry and Update page. This is often used when a vehicle becomes unavailable during the hire period and must be replaced with another vehicle.
1. From the Reservation Enquiry and Update page, search for the reservation you want to change the vehicle to (see Enquire on the status of a reservation).
2. Click the "Vehicle" button to open the change vehicle page, where a new vehicle can be selected (see Fig. 7).
