Infringement List Tab

 

The Infringement List Tab allows you to search for specific infringement records as well as edit, delete and print these records.

Search for an infringement record

1. Open the "Reservations" menu. 


2. Click "Infringement Processing".


3. Open the "Infringement List" tab. 


4. From the Infringement List page, enter the details of the infringement you wish to search for and click "View" (see Fig. 1).

5. Once you click "View", all matching infringement records will be displayed.

Edit an infringement record

1. List the records you want to edit (see Search for an infringement record).


2. Once the record you want to edit has been displayed click the Infringement Number to open the update declaration page (see Fig. 2).

3. Once the necessary changes have been made to the record click "Submit" to save the updated record.

Delete an infringement record

1. List the records you want to delete (see Search for an infringement record).


2. Once the record you wish to delete has been displayed, click the "Delete" button (see Fig. 3).

3. To delete the record click "Yes" on the confirmation message. 

 

 

Print a Statutory Declaration

The default Statutory Declaration template is provided by Rental Car Manager and cannot currently be modified.

1. List the records you want to print the Statutory Declaration for (see Search for an infringement record).

2. Once the matching records have been displayed look for the record for which you want to print a statutory declaration, then click "Print" in the Statutory Declaration column (see Fig. 4).

3. The Statutory Declaration will be opened in a new page (see Fig. 5) from which you can print it using your browsers built in print function.

Print the Customer Letter

The Infringement Notice Customer Letter template can be edited within your RCM system. You can also define a separate Customer Letter for toll road notices to be used when an infringement is toll related. For information on editing the templates for these letters see the articles below:

1. List the records you want to print the Customer Letter for (see Search for an infringement record).

2. Once the matching records have been displayed look for the record for which you want to print the Customer Letter for. Then click "Print" under the Customer Letter column (see Fig. 6).

3. The standard customer letter will be opened in a new page (see Fig. 7), you can print the letter using your browsers built in print function.

Email the Customer Letter

The Infringement Notice Customer Letter template can be edited within your RCM system. You can also define a separate Customer Letter for toll road notices to be used when an infringement is toll related. For information on editing the templates for these letters see the articles below:

1List the records you want to email the Customer Letter for (see Search for an infringement record).

 

2. Once the matching records have been displayed look for the record for which you want to email a letter to the customer, then click "Email" (see Fig. 8).

The Customer Letter will then be sent to the customer.

 

NOTE: To send the customer letter via email, the customer record must have an email address defined. Otherwise, the system will not be able to send the customer letter via email.
