Authority tab
To print a statutory declaration the infringement authorities and witnesses must be setup first. These are required on statutory declarations and are merged into the final document.

Add an Infringement Authority
1. Open the "Reservations" menu.
2. Click "Infringement Processing".
3. Open the "Authority" tab.
4. If you have previously added Infringement Authorities a list of existing records will be displayed. To add a new Infringement Authority, click "Add Authority" (see Fig. 1).

5. On the New Authority page (see Fig. 2), enter the details of the Infringement Authority. For more information on the fields on the New Authority page see Infringement Authority fields.

Once you have filled out the new Infringement Authority page click "Submit" to save the record.

Edit an Infringement Authority
1. Open the Authority page, see Add an Infringement Authority.
2. From the Authority tab click the Infringement Authority name to edit the record (see Fig. 3).

3. For more information on the fields on the Update Infringement Authority Record page see Infringement Authority fields. Once any necessary changes have been made click "Submit" to save the edits.

Delete an Infringement Authority
1. Open the Infringement Authority page, see Add an Infringement Authority.
2. On the Infringement Authority page click the red rubbish bin icon in the Delete column (see Fig. 4).

3. To confirm deleting the record click "Yes" on the confirmation message.

Authority fields

Toll Road Authority | Yes | Select whether the Infringement Authority is a Toll Road Authority or not. A Toll Road Authority is an authority which deals with toll related infringements. |
Infringement Authority | Yes | The name of the Infringement Authority. |
Statutory Oath Text | No | The oath text of the Infringement Authority, this will be displayed in the Statutory Declaration document as a subtitle. |
Phone | No | The contact number for the Infringement Authority. |
Address | Yes | The street address of the Infringement Authority. |
City | No | The city where the Infringement Authority is located. |
State/ Province | No | The state/ province where the Infringement Authority is located. |
Post Code | No | The postcode of the suburb where the Infringement Authority is located. |
Country | No | The country where the Infringement Authority is located. |
Web Site | No | The Infringement Authorities web site. |
Display as default | Yes | Select whether the Infringement Authority will be selected by default when adding an infringement record or not. |
Email | No | The email of the Infringement Authority |
