Extra Items Report

Purpose  

Extra Items are the additional items that are provided when a vehicle is hired, for example GPS units, baby seats, camping gear etc. 

The Extra Items report displays a listing of bookings that have Extra Items assigned that have either pick up or drop off dates within the selected date range.

Accessing the Report 

Reports > Daily Activity Reports > Extra Items Report

 

Parameters 

The table below describes the parameters that can be changed when running the Extra Items Report.

Pickup Location  

Can be run for ‘All Locations’ or a Selected Location

Date

The report will show all pickups and dropoffs in the date range that have extra items allocated

Items

Select an individual item or all Items

Example

The report will show all Extra Items for Pickups and Dropoffs within the selected date range.  


Fields

Res#

The reservation number

Status

Status of the booking

Operator Entered

The operator that entered the booking

Customer

The customer associated with the booking

Pickup

The pickup location, date and time of the booking

Dropoff

The dropoff location, date and time of the booking

Category

The category associated with the booking

Vehicle

The vehicle assigned to the booking

Extra Items

The extra Item name

Qty

The quantity of extra Items

Item Cost

The cost of the extra item

Clicking on the red res number will open the booking summary.

Points to Note

You must have Item Tracking turned on to use this report. If you want to use extra item tracking, please contact RCM Support to have the functionality enabled for your system.
