Received from Agent Report
The Received from Agents Report shows the
monthly summary of all booking fees and commissions due from your agents. This
is particularly helpful if you have agents booking reservations on your behalf
and being paid on a commission basis. It may happen that agents will take not
only the commissions due to them but also all payments due from a customer
booking a reservation. Using this report, you will know how much your agents owe
you.
In Fig. 197, note that the agent collected the full
amount of $168 from the customer, instead of $21.60, the total commission for
the transaction. This means that the agent owes the rental operator $146.40.
This amount will appear in the Received from Agents Report.

To Generate a Received from Agents
Report
1. On the Reports menu, click the Monthly
Financial Reports tab.
2. Click Agencies Commission Report, then
click the Received from Agents Report tab.
3. On the Received from Agents Report
Report Page (see Fig. 198):
A. By default, location is
set to your default location. You may change the location, if needed.
B. Payment date range is set to the
current system date. You may change the date range, if needed.

4. Click View to generate the
report (see Fig. 199).

Once generated, the report can then be
printed.
NOTE: Table 41 shows descriptions of each column found
on the Received from Agents Report.

To Print a Received from Agents
Report
1. Generate a Received from Agents Report
(see To Generate a Received from Agents
Report).
2. On the Received from Agents Report
Page, click the Printer icon to display a printer-friendly version of the report
in a separate browser window (see Fig. 200).

3. Print the report using your browser's
Print feature.
