Referrals Commission Report
The Referrals Commission Report displays
referrer's commissions based on the selected location, referrer and report
period. The report uses the entries made in the Referrals menu Option of the
System Setup Menu. The referrer is selected when making a
reservation.

To Generate a Referrals Commission
Report
1. On the Reports menu, click the Monthly
Financial Reports tab.
2. Click Referrals Commission Report (see
Fig. 203).

3. On the Referrals Commission Report
Report Page (see Fig. 204):
A. By default, location is
set to your default location. You may change the location, if needed.
B. By default, the report is set to
compute commissions for all your referrers. You may select a specific referrer,
if needed, and have the report compute the commission for the selected
referrer.
C. Choose to show transactions with
commissions by pickup date, dropoff date, or booking date.
D. Date range is set to the current system
date. You may change the date range, if needed.

4. Click View to generate the
report (see Fig. 205).

Once generated, the report can then be
printed.
NOTE: Table 43 shows descriptions of each column found
on the Referrals Commission Report.

To Print a Referrals Commission
Report
1. Generate a Referrals Commission Report
(see To Generate a Referrals Commission
Report).
2. On the Referrals Commission Report
Page, click Print to display a printer-friendly version of the report in a
separate browser window (see Fig. 206).

3. Print the report using your browser's
Print feature.
