Referrals Online Booking Report
The referrals online booking report tracks
affiliate sales through third party sites for operators using the Web Site
Interface module. By embedding a booking link in a third party site and passing
the Referral ID as a parameter to your web site booking screens commissions for
these affiliates may be tracked.

To Generate a Referrals Online Booking
Report
1. On the Reports menu, click the Monthly
Financial Reports tab.
2. Click Referrals Commission Report, then
click the Referrals Online Booking Report tab.
3. On the Referrals Online Booking Report
Report Page (see Fig. 207):
A. By default, location is
set to your default location. You may change the location, if needed.
B. By default, the report is set to
compute commissions for all your agents. You may select a specific agent, if
needed, and have the report compute the Online Booking for the selected
agent.
C. Select a region.
D. Select a vehicle category
type.
E. Select a category type.
F. Booking date range is set to the
current system date. You may change the date range, if needed.

4. Click View to generate the
report (see Fig. 208).

Once generated, the report can then be
printed.
