Quotation Sales Report

The Quotation Sales Report shows the quotations that were eventually booked or converted to sales by customers.

Generate a Quotation Sales Report

First open the Quotation Sales Report page (Reports > Monthly Financial Reports > Quotation Sales Report), see Fig. 1.

On the Quotation Sales Report page (see Fig. 2):

A. Select an Operator Location or a region, if both a location and region are selected only the region will be taken into account.

B. Select the Operator who created the quotes.

C. Select whether the date range is applied by Date Entered, Pickup Date or Dropoff Date.

D. Select a date range.

Click "View" to generate the report (see Fig. 3).

Once you generate the report, you can print it and export it to Excel. 

NOTE: Table 1 shows descriptions of each column found on the Quotation Sales Report.

Print a Quotation Sales Report

Generate a Quotation Sales Report (see Generate a Quotation Sales Report).

On the Quotation Sales Report page, click the Print icon to display a printer-friendly version of the report (see Fig. 4).

Print the report using your browser's print feature.

Export a Quotation Sales Report to Excel

Generate a Quotation Sales Report (see Generate a Quotation Sales Report).

After generating the report, click the Excel button. Your browser will then download the report as a Microsoft Excel file.

Figure 5 shows the report open in Microsoft Excel.
