Sales By Source Report
The Sales By Source Report displays sales
figures by booking source over a selected date range.

Generate a Sales By Source
Report
1. On the Reports menu, click the "Hireage
and Sales Reports" tab.
2. Click "Sales By Source Report" (see
Fig. 1).

3. On the Sales By Source page (see
Fig. 2):
- A. Select either a location or region. If a region is selected the
location will be disregarded.
- B. Select a brand to view sales for.
- C. Select a Vehicle Category Type and Vehicle Category to view sales for.
- D. Select a Campaign Code to view sales for.
- E. Select a booking status, only sales from bookings with the selected status will be displayed.
- F. Select a date range that applies to either Date Entered, Dropoff Date or Pickup Date of the bookings.

4. Click "View" to generate a report ordered by
rental source (see
Fig. 3).

Once you generate the report, there are a number of options for exporting the report. You can also drill down into the details of the
bookings per booking source.
NOTE: Table 1 shows descriptions of each column found
on the Sales By Source Report.

Exporting the Sales By Source
Report
1. Generate a Sales By Source Report (see Generate a Sales By Source
Report).
2. After generating the report, there are a number of export options (see Fig. 4).
- A. Print the report.
- B. Copy the report to your clipboard.
- C. Download the report as a Microsoft Excel file.
- D. Download the report as a CSV file.
- E. Download the report as a PDF file.

Drill down into the Sales Per
Vehicle category
1. Generate a Sales By Source report (see Generate a Sales By Source
Report).
2. Click the name of a booking source
(highlighted in red) to view the details of the bookings for the booking source
(see Fig. 5).
