Customer Sales Report
The Customer Sales Report is used to help
operators identify regular customers based on number of hires. This allows them
to produce lists of their 'best' customers.
The lists or extracts are commonly used to
prepare mail merges for email marketing purposes.

A. Select either a location or region. By
default, location is set to your default location. When generating a report, if
you have selected a region, Rental Car Manager will disregard the
location.
B. If you have set up brands previously,
customers of all your brands will appear in the report, by default. You may
select another brand. If you have not set up brands, you may leave the value
as-is. The report will then disregard brands when run.
C. By default, pickup date range is set to
the current system date. You may change the date range, if needed.
D. By default, the report is set to
include customers with more than two (2) hires. You may change this to one (1)
or to three (3) or more.
E. By default, the report will be ordered
by number of hires, in which case the report will show customers with the
highest number of hires first. You may change this to sales, in which case the
report will show the highest-paying customers first.
