The Agent Category Availability page allows you to specify when Vehicle Categories are available to be booked for an agent.

View available Vehicle
Categories for an Agent Location
To view Agent Category Availability records navigate to the Agent Category Availability page (Agent Bookings Setup > Agent Categories > Agent Category Availability) (see Fig. 1).

You may view Agent Category Availability records that have already been created and filter the records by location (see Fig. 2).

Add an Agent Category Availability record
To add an Agent Category Availability record click "Add a Record" (see Fig. 3).

This will open the new Agent Category Availability page where you can set up a new record (see Fig. 4).

A. Select a pickup location.
B. Select a dropoff location.
C. Select a vehicle category.
D. Select a status.
E. Enter the minimum number of booking
days for the relocation fee to apply.
F. Select a pickup start and end date.
Once you have set up the new record click "Submit" to save the record.

Edit an Agent Category Availability
record
To edit an Agent Category Availability record click the highlighted Vehicle Category of the record you want to edit (see Fig. 5).

Once you have made changes to the record click "Submit" to save the changes to the record.

Delete an Agent Category Availability
record
To delete an Agent Category Availability record click the red "X" icon in the Delete column corresponding to the record you want to delete (see Fig. 6).

To confirm deleting the record click "Yes" on the confirmation message.
