Q. Why is there no rate being displayed for
an Agent Booking?
There may be one of several reasons why
rates are not being displayed for an Agent booking request. They are listed
below:
- Has there been an agent rate type setup for
the agent?
- Has the Agent rate type had rates assigned
for the relevant booking period?
- If there is no agent rate applied or no rates
have been assigned to the agent rate type for the booking period, has the system
flag "If no agent rate set up, use retail rate" been set to yes?
