Reasons Not Converted

Reasons not Converted allow you to set up your own list of Reasons to provide when a Quote has not been converted to a booking.  This allows better analysis when you look at Quote Conversion Rates, and hence those not converted.

This feature can be found under System Setup > Quote Statuses > Reasons Not Convert.

To add a new record, click on "Add Reasons Not Convert". See Fig. 1 

The screenshot below shows you how to edit/update and delete records. See Fig. 2 

  1. To edit/update a record, simply click on the reason in red you wish to change. 
  2. To delete a record, click the red rubbish bin icon.

It is key to note that you can make a reason not converted record to be the default option when a quote is not being converted into a booking. This is done by adding a new record or editing/updating a record as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig.2 and then you will be taken to the screen below. Select "Yes" next to Default Item. Click Submit to save your changes. See Fig. 3
